Côte de Brouilly
Côte de Brouilly 2003*

Created in 1920, this wine company remained family : it is directed by Jean-Jacques Baronnat, grandson of the founder. Two wines of the Beaujolais wine were retained: Côte de Brouilly2003, quoted and this dark garnet-red Morgon mixing with the nose with intense perfumes with red fruits and the amyl notes. Flavours of yellow peach fill the palate. Young tannins encourage to keep this bottle  for aging two to three years in cellar.

Morgon
Morgon 2003*

Created in 1920, this wine company remained family: it is directed by Jean-Jacques Baronnat, grandson of the founder. Two wines of the Beaujolais wine were retained: Cote de Brouilly 2003, quoted and this dark garnet-red Morgon mixing with the nose with intense perfumes with red fruits and the amyl notes. Flavours of yellow peach fill the palate. Young tannins encourage to keep this bottle  for aging two to three years in cellar.

Crémant de Bourgogne
Cremant de Bourgogne blanc de blancs *

A family wine company which is directed by the grandson of the founder. One is here in Mâconnais.  100 % chardonnay, with an intense gold-green colour, this creamant owns the crunchy bubbles. Small fruity, pure and discrete bouquet. Balanced, without aggressiveness and without bad feeling, it is to be tasted now.

Saint-Véran
Saint-Véran   2002*

Family house created at the beginning of XXes., directed today by Jean-Jacques Baronnat, grandson of the founder. It proposes a bottle of a beautiful decorated invoice of a rather aesthetic label. With a dress straw colour, this wine smells good flavours of citrus fruits and the yellow fruits. Enough intense, with a fruit already opened out, the mouth is balanced and fresh. Of a good aromatic persistence, this wine will create sensation on a chicken with crayfish.

Côtes du Rhône
Côtes du Rhône 2003

This house created in 1920 is directed today by the grandson of its founder. Flattering and merry in first impression, its wine develops all in roundness. It will be able to accompany by ham, pork sausage... the time of a meal on the inch.
