MAISON Jean BARONNAT
Here, there has as a currency "the Respect for the wine." ".
I like Jean-Jacques Baronnat who directs this family home of trade, created there is more than one hundred years by his grandfather, then producing Beaujolais wines.
I tasted several  good bottles, in particular its "Moulin à vent" 2005, with the quite persistent nose where dominate of the notes of morello cherry, of pepper and spices, a wine rich and length in mouth, with full tannins, of excellent guard.
.The " Fleurie"" 2005 is very successful, with a red  dress crimson, flexible and vigorous at the same time, with the nuances of morello cherry, all in mouth like this Saint-Amour 2005, with the spice and blackcurrant flavours, a fatty and structured wine, very typical. Beautiful Morgon 2005, with the blackberry nose and of smoked, with tannins present, a wine which promises a very beautiful evolution. Perfect Brouilly 2006, vigorous, a wine which feels good the ripe red fruits and the underwoods, of tasty mouth.
Taste also Saint-Véran    with a beautiful white pale dress. In mouth, this wine marry a touch of  acidity to a pleasant roundness, where we find a blend of  notes of almond, ripe fruits and heather. The Mâcon Villages  white 2006, a dry wine which is dry and delicate at the same time, very scented, very persistent, of beautiful colour, floral with the nose as in mouth. Naturally, no hesitation.
